These Terms & Conditions create a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “you”) and The Justice Journals .com (“The Justice Journals.com”, “we”, “our”, “us”) of Digi-teach®. They govern your purchase and use of the Justice Journals digital membership (the “Service”). Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. By clicking “Buy”, “Subscribe”, or otherwise accessing the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Digital Content” – the online articles, journals, videos, and other resources made available to Members.

  • “Membership” – the licence granted to you under section 3 to access the Digital Content.

  • “Site”www.justicejournals.com and any sub‑domains or successor sites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of England & Wales.

3. Licence & Access

3.1  On receipt of full payment we grant you a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to access the Digital Content for your personal, non‑commercial use.
3.2  Access is provided immediately after checkout via the login credentials you create. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential.
3.3  Sharing login details or content beyond what is permitted by law is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination (see section 9).

4. Fees, Billing & No‑Refund Policy

4.1  Membership fees are stated on the checkout page and payable in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise noted.
4.2  No‑Refund Policy – Because the Digital Content is delivered in full immediately after payment—and you expressly consent to that immediate delivery—you acknowledge and agree that you lose any statutory “cooling‑off” right to cancel under Regulation 29 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Accordingly, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once your purchase is completed.

4.3  If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at support@justicejournals.com.

4.4 The Justice Journals is a rolling monthly membership, you can cancel your membership from inside your Members only account area.

5. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK & EU)

By ticking the box at checkout you request digital performance to begin before the 14‑day withdrawal period ends and confirm that you understand you will lose the right to withdraw once access is supplied in full. This clause does not affect any other non‑waivable consumer rights.

6. Technical Requirements & Service Availability

6.1  An internet connection and a standards‑compliant browser (latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) are required. Compatibility with third‑party ad‑blockers, VPNs, or bespoke device setups is not guaranteed.
6.2  We aim for 99 % monthly uptime, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or matters beyond our reasonable control.
6.3  We maintain internal access logs; however, if you experience difficulty logging in, you must promptly contact support with your order number so we can investigate.

7. Intellectual Property

All Digital Content is owned by Justice Journals or its licensors and is protected by copyright, database right, and other intellectual‑property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or mandatory law, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense your Membership or any content;

  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security‑related features of the Site;

  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or another user’s experience;

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Membership without refund if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, infringed intellectual‑property rights, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. We may also terminate the Service with 30 days’ notice and, where applicable, offer a pro‑rated refund for any prepaid unused period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Justice Journals harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms or Service

We may amend these Terms or modify the Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and formation are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
